If you need more time before your next order ships, you can move the next shipment date to a later day directly in your Eden Member Portal. This change only affects the upcoming shipment. You can delay the shipment before the portal shows a “processing” status. Once processing begins, in‑portal edits may be limited.

When you delay a shipment, the ship date is set to the day you choose (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, or a specific date). Your billing shifts accordingly, and your delivery estimate updates after the change is saved.

If your prescription or refills won’t be valid for the new date, the portal will prompt you to complete any required steps (like a brief check‑in) so a licensed provider can review before the order can proceed.

You can delay at any time before the processing. If you don’t see the delay option, your order is likely already in progress.

For travel or address changes, update your shipping address first, then submit the delay so it applies to the correct location.

Step‑by‑Step Instructions

1. Open the Eden Member Portal and sign in.

2. Under the “Treatments” menu, choose the medication you would like to delay and select “manage.”

3 Next, tap the “Delay” button.

4. Select a new ship date (choose any available date shown). Then tap “Confirm” to save the changes.

5. A confirmation banner will appear, and we’ll also send a confirmation email.

If you have additional questions, please reach out to our member experience team from within the portal.
