I’m a registered and licensed dietitian and nutrition coach who believes taking care of yourself shouldn’t feel overwhelming—it should feel empowering, realistic, and sustainable. I’m passionate about helping busy indiviudals prioritize their health, build consistent habits, and create lasting results without extremes.
I live an active lifestyle through CrossFit, Peloton, and walking, and I understand firsthand what it takes to balance fitness, nutrition, and real life. As a wife and mom of two, I know the challenges of making yourself a priority—and I’m here to help you do exactly that with practical, evidence-based strategies and ongoing accountability.
My mission as Dietitian and Nutrition Coach is to empower and inspire my clients to live a life that is authentic, fulfilling, and aligned with their values.
