Auto-billing can be managed in your account settings within the Eden member portal. Be sure to make changes before your next billing date so that your update applies to the next cycle.
Switching medications requires provider review and approval. If you’d like to explore a different option, message your care team through the portal so they can evaluate what may be clinically appropriate.
Everyone responds differently to treatment. Your provider can help set expectations based on your individual plan and check on your progress over time.
Early shipments may be possible depending on timing and pharmacy processing. Contact your care team or support ahead of your trip to discuss your travel plans and available options.
You can update your shipping address in your account settings within the Eden member portal. Once you are logged in, click on the profile icon in the upper-right corner. In the drop-down menu, select “Manage Account.” Next, select the category “Billing & Shipping.” From there, you may edit your shipping and/or billing address. Changes must be made before an order is processed to ensure delivery to the correct location.
Cold packs often melt during transit, but your medication may still be safe to use. A melted cold pack doesn’t automatically mean that the medication is unsafe. As soon as your package arrives, place the medication in the refrigerator, following the storage instructions on the label as directed.
If the medication was warm for an extended period, the packaging appears damaged, or you’re unsure whether it’s safe to use, contact Eden support or message your provider before taking it.
